Shipping Policy

Makers Arcane LLC (“Makers Arcane,” “we,” “us”) ships handcrafted tabletop terrain, tokens, player boards, and personalized goods from Arkansas.
Processing Time
Most items are made to order or hand-finished before they ship. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared, in addition to transit time. If anything is going to take longer than that — high order volume, a material delay, etc. — we’ll reach out and let you know before it becomes a surprise.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the combined weight of the items in your order and your delivery address. You’ll see the exact cost before you pay — nothing is added at a later step.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS, booked through PirateShip. Typical delivery time after an order ships is 2–5 business days within the continental US via Priority Mail (Ground Advantage may run longer). Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Digital Products
Some items (such as the BeastFest Compatible Cookbook) are digital downloads. These are delivered by email / available immediately after checkout and are not shipped.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. International orders have additional shipping fees, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the checkout total — check with your local customs office if you’re unsure what to expect.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Our pieces are 3D printed and hand-finished, and can be fragile in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@makersarcane.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. For packages marked delivered but not received, we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier, but Makers Arcane is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, though we’re happy to help however we can.
